| Fees | Essential — USD $1,500 / Signature — USD $3,500 / Bespoke — Custom. Accommodation, dining, transport, and activity costs are paid directly by the client to each provider and are not included in the planning fee. |
| Payment | Credit card or secure bank transfer, processed via Stripe. A 25% deposit is required to begin planning; the remaining 75% is due 60 days before your trip. |
| Delivery | All deliverables (itineraries, reservation confirmations, trip documents) are provided digitally via email or a dedicated digital link. No physical shipment is involved. |
| Cancellation | The 25% deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial planning work already performed. The remaining 75% is due 60 days before the trip start date. Once the final payment is received, the full planning fee is non-refundable. If cancelled before final payment, only the 25% deposit is forfeited. |
| Returns | As this is a bespoke service involving time and expertise, returns are not applicable once planning has commenced. Please review your plan carefully upon delivery and raise any concerns promptly. |
| Extras | No additional fees beyond the stated planning fee. All third-party costs (hotels, restaurants, transport, guides) are settled directly by the client. |
