Fees Essential — USD $1,500 / Signature — USD $3,500 / Bespoke — Custom. Accommodation, dining, transport, and activity costs are paid directly by the client to each provider and are not included in the planning fee.
Payment Credit card or secure bank transfer, processed via Stripe. A 25% deposit is required to begin planning; the remaining 75% is due 60 days before your trip.
Delivery All deliverables (itineraries, reservation confirmations, trip documents) are provided digitally via email or a dedicated digital link. No physical shipment is involved.
Cancellation The 25% deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial planning work already performed. The remaining 75% is due 60 days before the trip start date. Once the final payment is received, the full planning fee is non-refundable. If cancelled before final payment, only the 25% deposit is forfeited.
Returns As this is a bespoke service involving time and expertise, returns are not applicable once planning has commenced. Please review your plan carefully upon delivery and raise any concerns promptly.
Extras No additional fees beyond the stated planning fee. All third-party costs (hotels, restaurants, transport, guides) are settled directly by the client.
